Decisions That Feel Good

"Meditation can help you relax, but experts say it can make
you more rational too. People who practice weekly Buddhist
meditation are better able to make decisions based on logic.
"They can distance themselves from their feelings without
acting on them," says study author Ulrich Kirk, PhD, "so they
can make more considered choices."
