Quick and Easy Chicken

"Saute 1 lb. of chicken breast cutlets in 1 tbs.of
extra-virgin olive oil until golden, about 1 1/2 minutes
per side, or until done. Add a drained 6 oz. jar of marinated
artichoke hearts. Season with freshly ground black pepper and
sprinkle with Parmesan cheese."
