Gluten Sensitivity

"Gluten sensitivity is thought to be a condition
that's distinct from celiac disease. Unlike celiac
disease, gluten sensitivity causes no measurable
intestinal damage. The symptoms can include gastro-
intestinal discomfort, such as diarrhea, bloating
and constipation, as well as diverse symptoms ranging
from clumsiness, brain fog and depression to ADHD
and autistic-like behaviors."
"Currently, the diagnostic criteria for gluten
sensitivity are not well defined; there are no tests
to conclusively diagnose it. Typically, it's determined
a person has gluten sensitivity after celiac disease
has been definitively ruled out and the patient has
a positive response to the gluten-free diet. Gluten
sensitivity is believed to be as much as 6 to 7 times
more common than celiac disease."
