The Best Way To Eat Flaxseed

" Is to grind them up. It's easier to digest
and you absorb more of the nutritional benefits-
including omega-3s. The whole seeds may pass through
your system undigested. You can use a coffee grinder
to grind them up as you need them (the whole seeds can
last several months in the fridge or freezer.) Try
sprinkling ground flax on yogurt, salads, and soups."
