Just an FYI update on the gluten-free items offered by Taco Time NW. The baja taco was removed from the gluten-free list recently due to the fact that the corn tortillas are warmed in the same warmer as flour tortillas and cross-contamination is inevitable. The ingredients are still fine, just preparation of this fine menu item has compromised safety. Taco Time NW has added a fit-hit bowl to the list to keep their claim of four items gluten-free.
