Foods to Eat to help Reduce Cholesterol

Mustard Greens - 1 cup raw or 1/2 cup cooked
Chicken, dark meat -  4oz a day
Persimmons -  1 per day
Pistachios -  1/3 cup a day
Glucomannan - 3 g a day
