a letter I received from Burgerville. Did you know that 41% o the
Burgervilles now serve gluten-free buns? It was a dream only a few years
ago. Our local BV offers healthier options for fast-food in the Pacific
NW.
"Hope all is well with you. I wanted to give you an update on Burgerville and the gluten free bun we are serving.
We are now offering the Udi’s bun in 16 of the 39 Burgervilles. We
slowly add several restaurants at a time. I go out and train each
restaurant’s management staff individually. And they in turn have to
train all crew before they can start serving the bun.
