Cancer Fighters

"Dietary magnesium appears to reduce the risk of
colorectal tumors, according to new research
published in the American Journal of Clinical
Nutrition. The findings suggest that eating more
magnesium-rich foods may help prevent colorectal
cancer. Such foods include spinach and other green
vegetables, nuts, beans, yogurt, and whole grains."
(Gluten free whole grain of course)
