People who eat chocolate a couple of times a
week have a lower BMI than those who indulge
less often, according to a study of 1,000 adults
at the University of California, San Diego. That's
not because chocolate eaters consume fewer
calories overall; in the study they ate more calories.
Researchers say chocolate in moderation
(1 ounce a couple of times a week) revs up
metabolism enough to compensate.
