A gluten free tip that might work for your migraines!
Lia Schae Avoiding
aspartame, soy, dairy, corn, gluten, saccharin, truvia, Splenda, mold,
and taking d3, l-glutamine in the morning with rhodiola and
calcium/magnesium at night have been the keys to avoiding migraines for
me. Going hungry, thunderstorms, hormones are still triggers. P.s. I
am allergic to NSAIDs.
