Ingredients
- 1 can organic coconut milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4-cup chia seeds
- 1/4-cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2-cup fresh raspberries or mixed berries
Instructions
- In a pitcher add coconut, chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla and salt
- Mix until very well combined.
- Place in the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 2 hours
- Serve with fresh raspberries, mixed berries or a fruit of your choice.
