“Burgerville is testing gluten-free buns at two of their locations. Fisher's Landing in Vancouver, WA and 25th and Powell in Portland, OR. They will be testing buns between December 2nd and January 12th in order to learn more about what guests want.
Burgerville already had salads and other menu items that are gluten-free, but the gluten-free buns will expand the choices for guests. Gluten-free buns come individually wrapped to prevent cross-contamination and are an additional 80 cents. Burgerville is asking for guest feedback during the test phase.
